Hmm, afaict QDesktopWidget::screenNumber should only return valid
screens, even if somehow the point isn't contained by any, it will
pick the closest.

One thing that I also wanted to look at is what happens when a screen
is added/removed. To make sure that if a screen gets detached that
contains a panel, it gets moved to a valid one.

Also, I did get this posted on reviewboard as well, which is where I
origionally intended to post it.  I needed to use svn diff instead of
just diff.
