[PATCH] some hacking around the temperature applet

Hi,
i've played a little bit around the temperature applet in playground and the 
result is this, changes includes:
ability to freely resize the applet (that's why i added 
layout->setExpandingBoth())
meter with white background to make the indicator hand actually readable
shows the temperature in the meter and can be chosen to show it in celsius or 
fahrenheit
plotters can be enabled/disabled

to original authors: like it? comments? issues?
