DataEngine and AbstractRunner patch to enable script support.

Tested with kross script engine (partly working):

At least following issues are remaining:
- Should scripts be able to return DataEngine::sources()?
- RunnerName added to runner desktop file?
- Applet uses Package, is it meant to be used with Runners and DataEngines?
- exec is reserved word in python (kross runner plugin uses exec_action).
