[PATCH] Proper change desktop background on slideshow mode when config is changed

Hi all,

When you select slideshow in the desktop config dialog and hits Ok/Apply the
background is only changed after the slideshow timeout. The attached patch makes
the background change immediately.

Ok to commit?
