[PATCH] Frame config revamp

Hi all,

So here I am again.
This time I am trying to "fix" the frame applet config.

Besides the visual changes I added the possibility to add multiple
directories in the slideshow.
I also improved the coding style.

Here are the screenshots of the old and new config dialog:

I tried to follow the "Change desktop background" dialog as much as I could
