binary incompat changes

hi all..

i committed several binary incompatible changes to libplasma today. you will 
want to recompile workspace and whatever applets you have elsewhere.

from here on out, i'd like to start a BIC day. following the usual traditions 
of KDE, that would be Mondays unless there is another reason. that should 
give everyone a known good system until you update after the next Monday ;)

any objections?
