I agree, in #plasma I suggested adding flickr rss support. Netvibes 
has a widget that pulls pictures based upon tags and changes to a 
new picture every X seconds. I love seeing the colorful flickr tag on 
my netvibes page.

Maybe when the wikipedia picture of the day engine is done I'll work 
on a flickr engine. Anne-Marie, keep me posted!
