this is plasma, not kdesktop. it's not a file manager. as such, one must leave
such assumptions at the door.
having one icon 256x256 forcing all other icons to be similarly large
completely defeats the purpose of free resize.
please also remember that IconLoader is an interim solution. desktop icons as
we know them will be dead by 4.2 or we aren't doing our job.
