[PATCH] desktop icon appearance

Hi,
there was a discussion on kde-commits following the removal of the background 
of desktop icons, my proposal is this:
-reactivating icon background to ensure a good contrast with the wallpaper
-not totally opaque black but something like 70-80% opaque
-rounded borders with a more thin radius to match the standard bacground black 
rectangle
-removing the 1px border that now it has

maybe even a 100% opaque background?
