I have talked to a local uzer group here in portugal about olding that 
meeting,
The key advantages are .... cheeper hotel :)
some one to bring us coffee. if i can interest you i can prep a document on 
the specifics... would that be interesting.
I would work as a cab driver coloecting people from the airport to the hotel, 
dough public transportation is available.
