It would be nice if alt+click on a plasmoid would allow movement.  I think it would be a very natural movement for people who are used to alt+clicking to move a normal window.

It is fairly hard to alt click a window accidentally so new users shouldn't be bothered by it.

If you have a plasmoid which resizes (like the cartoon one) then it is possible that it will be covered by another nearby plasmoid (ie the notes one).  Now if you want to move the cartoon from under the note to read the great punchline then you have to return to normal mode (assuming you were in show desktop mode), right click on the desktop, unlock it, go back to showdesktop mode and then move the plasmoid, return to the desktop and relock it.
