[Bug 155740] Icons on Desktop doesn't opens. Trashcan widget doesn't opens and show error message "Недопустимый URL Trash".

i think where Rustam also got confused is:
kdesktop and kicker have been replaced with plasma. So for kde 4, you can't report bugs for kdesktop or kicker, but you have to fill them against plasma, since plasma does the job of kicker and kdestop
