[PATCH] Proper redraw Pager Applet when changing properties

If you change the pager applet settings ("Display the desktop Number")
and click "Apply" the applet is not redrawn.
It redraws ok when you click "Ok", as a window disappear (the settings
window itself) and the applet is redrawn.
The attached patch forces an update when a change occurs in the settings.

Ok to commit?
