Major rewrite of the Icon Alignment algorithms

Attached is a patch which has a major rewrite of the alignment algorithms.
It fixes:
 - Icons of different sizes are taken into account now.
 - When a file is created in ~/Desktop the icon is placed in the first free
space.
 - Icons don't align to the same space
 - Large Icons don't "creep" when toggling "Align To Grid" in desktop
settings
 - It keeps all icons on the desktop when aligning

Known Bug:
- Icons can be placed with a portion below the panel.
