something that wasn't an applet sent an event to Containment::sceneEventFilter. this triggers a Q_ASSERT there; in production builds this would just return harmlessly due to the if() on the next line, but it's there to help us catch issues like this.

what was happening when the abort happened?

(and likely this isn't related, no =)
