[PATCH] activated() signal for icons

I like this change specifically because it solves another bug that hasn't
been reported yet and it keeps the click and doubleclick signals which is
probably important for the writers of the lock/logout applet.  The bug that
this solves BTW is that icons don't respond to a change in the
single/double-click setting.
