Plasma::Dialog without acceleration

Hi,
since dialogs like the devicenotifier looks a little bit ugly without 
acceleration i've come up with this svg that is with square borders and 
without shadow that i think it looks fairly better without acceleration, but 
with acceleration probably it's still better the other one
would be possible (and a good design) to conditionally load one svg or the 
other depending if accel is enabled or not?
