[PATCH] Nicer task tooltips

Hello,

Attached patch makes task tooltips a bit nicer IMHO. What it does:
- Instead of using a <h3> tag for the main text, uses a <b> tag
- Removes the space between the main and the sub texts
- Makes sure the text label uses the whole width

OK to commit?
