development between here and 4.0.0

hi all 

until 4.0.0 is released, all development in trunk/ should be restrained to 
bugfixes and what not that can be backported to the 4.0 branch. this is 
because the 4.0 branch is currently under release freeze until 4.0.0 tarballs 
are completed and once it is re-openned i'd like to do a merge back of 
libplasma, krunner and plasma from kdebase. thanks =)
