SVN commit 757055 by wstephens:

Revert change to field extractor.  This field should not be translated
as it is used untranslated by KPluginSelector.  Making this change broke
plugin loading via KPluginSelector everywhere when not using the default
locale.  

Perhaps we should specify which fields should be translatable either in
kplugininfo.desktop or kplugininfo.h?

Plasma was using this change to show translated category titles in the
plasmoid selector, unfortunately this will be broken now unless it
develops another mechanism to translate these .desktops alone or,
(better IMO) specifies categories in their own .desktop files, this
reduces translator workload.  See System Settings for an example of
this.
