Hi,
This morning I created this lib in:
playground/base/plasma/applets

I saw that some code was duplicated between clock applet
(and I don't like duplicate code :) )

I asked to Aaron to move it to kdebase and he said "ok after kde4.0"
For me it's ok, I will do it after kde4.0 and share some code with clock 
applet from kdebase too.

And as Aaron said, there is again some code to share as dialogbox.
But it will be great to move some dialogbox code in this lib.
