[Panel-devel] Rounded Corner Plasma Tooltips

Happy New Year everyone!

And welcome back Aaron :)

This patch produces KickerTip-like rounded rectangle tooltips. Just a
cosmetic change. The edges aren't antialiased as shown in the attached
image because the mask uses a QBitmap. Maybe we should reimplement
paintEvent and paint an antialiased frame around the tooltip.
