patch that removes aka hides the toolbox

The patch above is only for those that can't live with the toolbox for the
meantime. While it does the job it's just a quick hack and I hope nobody makes
me responsible for it, heh.

apply with;
cd kdebase/workspace/libs/plasma && patch -p0 < plasma_no_toolbox.patch && make
install

Well, as sayed I don't see a reason to create a new report for it. Probably I
would mark my new report as duplicate of this one only anyway ;)
Well, 4.1 is not out yet and I am pretty sure it will change in some way
