Collecting several ideas in one report is not good -- some of the ideas will be rejected, some of them will be fixed, and so on, and the status of such report would be...?
The principle is -- one issue, one report.

And about on/off issue and animation -- they are closely related, but I can perfectly imagine hardcoded zoom tool in left, upper corner with context menu (without animation). Could you then please open another report and link one to another, thank you in advance.
