Affects at least the solid device notifier and the clock's calendar popup under xinerama

Two cases I found so far:

Panel on screen 0, bottom:
 pops up on screen 1 above where panel would be if it was there.

Panel on screen 0 or 1, right:
  pops up mostly off left edge of screen 1 (so at coordinates something like -200, 600 on a 3360x1050 xinerama screen)
