I must admit that is a bit un-KDEish, I would expect something like this from GNOME 'Spatial browsing is the tops' Project or Microsoft 'ICS host should be on 192.168.1.1' Windows, but not from KDE. IMHO, you should be able to disfigure KDE so badly not event it's own core developer would recognize it, at least at first glance. Remember, K stands for 'konfigurable'. ;)
