Patch to replace CachePaintMode with CacheMode (Qt 4.4)

This patch to Widget removes (#ifdefs out) the internals of 
Widget::CachePaintMode (originally also added by me).

I've tested some random applets and it seems to work fine (the code is 
essentially the same).

Review pls? :-)
