RFC: getting rid of Widget::setSize

hi all..

there a lot of ... questionable API in the layout stuff. one of the ones 
that's caused us issues recently is setSize. we fixed it, but i've noticed 
that we also have resize which .... does the same thing, only safely. setSize 
really should be internal API.

so unless there are objections, i'm going to remove setSize altogether and 
make all the code use resize instead.

this also has the bonus of being more like QWidget.
