KWin and plasma's colorscheme

i'm all ears.

grayscale tinting is not an option. indexed colours means .. well .. way more 
colours than you'll ever fit into a colour scheme.

this is why i suggested that the widget theme should come with an svg theme 
and control the colour schemes as well.

trying to stick with the "any style should support any colour scheme" is 
something that just is not realistic for non-trivial artwork sets that are 
meant to actually look nice.
