making life easier for reviewboard: post-review-plasma

hi all =)

looking for an easier way to post reviews to review board i found the 
post-review script. unfortunately it's not exactly ... great in it's default 
form. i made some changes and put it up for others to use.

honestly, there's a lot more i'd like to see done to it, like being able to 
define more defaults for various settings. i suppose it could be done with 
shell aliases, but ... yeah ... would be nicer if the tool was actually more 
robust. still, it's a massive improvement over clicking through a web browser 
manually.
