Ad.#23) I know that plasma and other parts are new but it would be good to take into account old reports so there would be no need to make the same problematic design decisions again and again.

There is really old report asking for explicit setting of rows. So the user does not set huge/small etc. but -- 1 row, 2 rows, etc.
