new panel look and feel

hmm, the problem is that i don't need a path but a qbitmap (the thing that 
comes from mask() of PanelSvg), because it really needs to be pixel-perfect, 
at the moment i set it from paintinterface of the panel containment, but i 
know it's ugly :(
