A page for woc breakages

Hi guys,
i've put up a quick and dirty page on the techbase of some of the things i 
noticed about that was willing to take a look (and not came to a solution for 
any of them eheh:P) (bko will be white noise for days probably so too much 
dispersive)

i think it will be useful to put broken things that does not have an immediate 
solution (or at least should be discussed about a little bit)

everyone that wants to add something (or better, remove:D) please feel free to 
do so.
