yesterday we did a group session where we discussed the results. we mapped the
users out into a graph on the white board, discussed where our primary
interests are today (as demonstrated by our actions) and the next user group
we'd like to move towards.

we determined that the general power user is our current general focus though
we also encompass the customizers and children area of the graph (low
experience, high curiosity) and socialiate / advanced user / office user ...

we want to move more towards the center of the graph, or the socialite /
office worker area. or, as i wrote on the board, the "competent, cool,
conscious consumer"

we then discussed what we are doing, or not doing as the case may be, to
accomplish addressing that group of people.

we identified polish (visual design, consistency, general coolness) and
documentation as the primary areas we need to improve on.

we will continue to work on the definitions and practical goals, but this
initial work has already started the wheels turning in a very effective way.
