I compile plasma (and the whole of kde really) manually.  I updated last tuesday or so and was very happy to see that right click on my right monitor and calling 'add panel' added it to the top of my right monitor.

After updating to svn of today and reinstalling kdebase this no longer works.  Pressing 'add panel' on either monitor will always add it to the left (main) monitor :(
