Description of problem:
when you increase and decrease size of kde 4 taskbar or put it in the top of
the screen the taskbar have a white bar on it.

How reproducible:
put the kde 4 taskbar on the top of the screen or resize it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put the kde4 taskbar on the top of the screen or resize the taskbar
2. you will have a deformed taskbar with a white bar on it
