View::config()

hi all..

so View now has a KConfigGroup config() method. just like applet, it uses its 
internal id to figure out what the config group should be.

however, since only the application really knows what the view semantics are, 
it is up to the appliation to save/restore the id. in the case of plasma, we 
save and restore them based on a mapping from containmentId <-> viewId.

this should allow us to save values associated with views. =)
