SoC proposals and mentors

Just to remember that the more mentors we get the more applications we can 
have approved. and there are *loads* of good ones.
For now we're only three mentors, and giving the possibilities we have, it'd 
be kinda sad to just have 3 applications approved. :-(

So, if you feel like mentoring, or you have some knowledge of plasma and want 
to help the project by making someone else able to help it, please step up and 
make us hear your voice! =)

Right now we have at least 14 gorgeous applications worthy to be approved, my 
personal goal would be to see 10 mentors (although I think we'll never reach 
that quota :-( ), and we'll make 4.2 be the ultimate desktop environment for 
the next 10 years! :D
