[PATCH] krun on clipboard contents

Janitor patch (almost one liner) to allow running krunner with its search
lineedit filled with the clipboard contents.
I've used a new global shortcut ALT+SHIFT+F2
I do think both method (use or no the clipboard contents) will be
extensively used and configuring what to use at what time or a default don't
seem like good ideas. I don't like populating global shortcuts but I can't
think of anything better.
