[Panel-devel] Plasma Applet Browser : moving

I have put the GUI creation by request thus complicating a bit the Private 
class.

I now have a few questions concerning the other features of pab (other as 
in 'besides that it can be started :) )

- what and how about GHNS
- what configuration file should I use (for storing favorite applets, used 
applets, then kde recommendations, 3rd party recommendations etc.)
