he is the guy who is learning Qt/KDE programming while helping me/us in 
getting plasmagik ready and rocking. The fact is that in the past couple of 
weeks he sent several mails to me wich I haven't answered for several 
problems (until yesterday), so he thought I haven't read them and that I 
disappeared, and he decided to try to send the code to panel-devel thinking 
that everyone was aware of that.
As it's nothing terrificaly interesting (nothing much more than me doing some 
mentoring on him), if noone minds I'll help him with his code discussing with 
him privately again.
