according to http://plasma.kde.org/media/plasma%20notes :

* applet selector moved to libplasma/ and integrated
        * need to send Ivan a summary of the tech details:
                * move dialog to libplasma
                * connect to existing UI (e.g. the toolbox)
                * perhaps add a keyboard shortcut as well?

so.. there we go =) i think we can skip the toolbox integration for now as 
i've got a replacement coming for that soon anyways.. perhaps just add it to 
the context menu for the moment.
