[Panel-devel] KioBrowser engine

A new engine has been born! This one is for browsing KIO locations. Only 
directory-type locations are supported. It is primarily made to be used 
for 'applications' and 'settings' KIOs, but can be used with ftp, sftp... 

It is also possible to use it for file:/ KIO but it has no automatic updates 
like the FileBrowser engine has. (and, btw, FileBrowser can retreive metadata 
about files aswell)

Aaron, in where should it be moved after testing - trunk (general-purpose)?
