[Panel-devel] Containment commit and issues that remain

hi all...

with the recent commit to libplasma and plasma there are a few known, expected 
and will-be-fixed-asap regressions:

- the context menu is back in the library; until i make the default background 
a plugin this will annoy the amarok people as it requires the krunner dbus 
xml =) apologies.

- Containment still IsA Applet. i'll try and work on this on the airplane

- the panel is completely busted and doesn't even appear anymore (to prevent 
inflicting that bustedness (woah. what a word.) on others

this too will get fixed. this is an important set of steps towards a few 
different stes of features, however, and the breakages are of the 
expected-with-a-known-plan-on-how-to-fix-them sort.
