please revert this commit. applet browser code was licensed under the lgpl and 
was imported into libplasma under that understanding. libplasma itself is, 
and must be, lgpl.

of course we can. how do you think we ship kdelibs as lgpl? =) as proof i of 
the legality of this, i offer this page:
