[Panel-devel] boxlayout patch

Hi,

Currently boxlayout scales expanding widgets giving them equal space. For 
system monitor I need widgets scaled so that space is calculated from 
sizeHint. This patch tries to do that. Is this something for the plasma libs 
or should I just copy this to system monitor as a private layout?
