no. its a bug in Qt.. we`ve patched it for Qt3, just the Qt4 forwardport is 
missing. It will be fixed soon. do not mess up plasma for that.

No, its not. Its a suse specific thing. Don`t worry about it, the SUSE libqt4 
will ship the fix very soon.
