there's a factory class already, Plasma::UiLoader. so that gets sent into the 
JavaScript space and you can get new objects that way. at least, that's how i 
understand it is supposed to work.

unfortunately, a javascript ScriptEngine was never written. while this isn't 
my usual area of hacking, let me try doing that this evening. i'll let you 
know what i get; if successful, that will make things a lot more obvious / 
easy.
