[Panel-devel] clock configuration consistency

hi all...

so we have like.. a billion clocks now in plasma. wicked.

next up: we ought to standardize their config UI. i like what sebas has done 
with the digital clock. however, i would like to see the "plain" option 
removed and have it just always do plain. i know, i know, the animation is 
wicked cool and what not but i really don't like the line in the middle 
thing; and it'll age quickly.

so my proposal is this:

* let's use sebas' config dialog everywhere
* get rid of the "plain text" setting (also lets us get rid of the group box 
below it)

the question will be how to share the config dialog. it's a good question. we 
*could* provide standardized .ui files along with libplasma?
