[Panel-devel] krunner converter

Hi,

Added krunner converter plugin to playground. Currently it just converts 
couple of length units.

cmd		result
------------------------------------------
1km		1000 m # default unit is m
1inch in cm	2.54 cm
cm1>inch	0.393701 inch # unit can be in front, usefull for currency?
